North American Title contracted us to enhance their current web application UX to help increase productivity to all of their agents across the US. The AWS platform needed to have the ability to push multiple alerts and validations for agent sales and status reports and bring more clarity to the daily work flow. Some of the major challenges for the platform were the dozens of outside API’s pushing data into the platform and UX mapping was not clarified in the previous UX enhancement. Our team delivered on a high level UX journey that also proved to increase productivity by 60% but also helped to decrease the pitfalls of miscommunication between agents and title agents.
